Job Title: NON-CDL DELIVERY DRIVER (CLASS C/D LICENSE)

Description:  Drive a delivery truck with a capacity of less than 26,000 pounds gross vehicle weight (GVW).  Load/unload product at customer locations for established routes by driving a box truck or tractor-trailer.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. 

• Service customers assigned to the route based on the scheduled time-stopped ranking. Must adapt to any changes in work assignments as well as support organizational restructuring efforts.
• Follow accounts receivable guidelines set by the trade/customer when checking in orders (DSD, PO#, Military, Receipt, or Stamp) with the customer.
• Place the product in our designated area and/or move the pallet display directly to the floor.
• Pick up all shells/flats, returned pallets, and damaged or out-of-date products.
• Merchandise assigned stops as scheduled per management.
• Communicates issues, problems, or opportunities with the sales team and delivery team.
• Follows all company policies and procedures set forth by management.

Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should be familiar with Encompass handheld database software. 

Certificates and Licenses: Valid Class C/D driver’s license meeting acceptable criteria.

Salary : $45,000 - $58,000
