Job Summary:
Store Associate needed for specialty wine and liquor store. We are looking for a hardworking, honest, and outgoing individual who is passionate about providing exceptional service. This job will give you a hands-on opportunity to help maintain and grow a successful Wilson County Business.
We are looking for an individual who would like to train into a shift leader position.
Key Responsibilities may include (but are not limited to):
-Ensuring positive customer relations by assisting shoppers making selections by locating and providing product information.
-Finding various projects that you will take responsibility for, creating a positive impact on the store.
-Replenishing stock of merchandise on shelves/displays and maintaining store cleanliness and appearance.
-Aiding in preparing large orders for wine tastings, wedding orders, etc.
-Adhering to loss prevention and inventory control procedures.
-Displaying dependability in forms of attendance and punctuality.
-Willingness to take on any other duties assigned by management.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Communication skills required.
Ability to manage money/work a register.
Highly motivated and willing to work.
Retail experience and wine or liquor knowledge is
preferred (not required), but must have initiative to learn.
Must successfully pass background screening.
