We are seeking a Line Cook to join our team. The right candidates will take pride in their work and leave us with a positive impression. Our Line Cooks will be responsible of all aspects of the Back of House service including cooking dishes to expectations, food preparation, and cleaning tasks. The successful candidate for this position will be responsible for maintaining the kitchen and all other general business operations, ensuring that safety and sanitation standards are met at all times, and adhering to regulatory guidelines enforced by our health department.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized back of the house area.
• Cut food and portion ingredients to ensure proper portioning.
• Ensure that the kitchen is stocked and set up for success for the next shift.
• Follow health department regulations and best practices.
• Prepare dishes correctly and efficiently with a sense of urgency.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a kitchen or restaurant environment
• Proficient in food preparation and cooking techniques
• Strong knife skills and knowledge of food handling practices
• Experience in meal preparation and food service
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with open availability
