Cheer Home Care is hiring a OT Care Coordinator in San Diego. The OT Care Coordinator collaborates with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans for clients and their caregivers and provides constant feedback to clients, client representatives, and other healthcare providers. They work closely with our office team and have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Option to work one weekend day and have one week day off.
- Upbeat Personality
- Active California OT license
- Industry Experience, preferred
- Strong Computer Skills

- Strong Organizational & Communication Skills
- Pass Live Scan Fingerprint Clearance (LIC 9163)
- Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance required
- Cell phone with Internet Access
- Proof of Negative TB results
- Willing to Work One Weekend a Month as Back-Up On Call
