This role involves recruitment and hiring, employee relations and performance management, benefits and compensation administration, training and development, and ensuring legal and policy compliance across the employee lifecycle. - Manage the recruiting process and interviews.
- Oversight of all office staff and caregiver paperwork.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.

- Bachelor's Degree, preferred
- SHRM or HRCI certification, preferred
- 5 years of Human Resources experience preferred
- 3 years of industry experience preferred
- Strong computer skills
- Strong organizational & communication skills
- Ability to pass live scan fingerprint clearance (LIC 9163)
- Ability to secure proof of negative TB results
