This role involves recruitment and hiring, employee relations and performance management, benefits and compensation administration, training and development, and ensuring legal and policy compliance across the employee lifecycle. This is a flexible, part-time role designed with parent-friendly hours—ideal for a seasoned professional who seeks meaningful work without a traditional full-time schedule. The HR Generalist will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills. improving process efficiency, and partnering directly with operations to enable the safest care and best-in-class service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversight of all office staff paperwork.

- Ability to secure proof of negative TB results

Wages: $40 plus an hour, depending on experience and industry knowledge. Set salary option depending on the number of desired hours.
