Key Responsibilities
1. Daily Operations Management
- Open and close the facility according to procedures
- Ensure the playground, party rooms, and common areas are clean, safe, and fully operational
- Monitor capacity, guest flow, and safety compliance at all times
- Handle cash management, POS transactions, and daily reporting
2. Team Leadership
- Supervise, coach, and motivate team members during shifts
- Assign roles (front desk, floor monitoring, party hosting) and ensure accountability
- Train new employees on customer service standards and safety protocols
- Address employee issues and escalate when necessary
3. Party & Event Execution
- Oversee birthday parties and private events from setup to breakdown
- Ensure timelines are followed (check-in, playtime, food service, cake, cleanup)
- Deliver a seamless, high-energy experience for guests
- Troubleshoot issues in real time to maintain customer satisfaction
4. Customer Experience
- Greet and engage with guests to create a welcoming environment
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly
- Ensure high service standards that lead to positive reviews and repeat business
- Upsell party packages, memberships, and add-ons when appropriate
5. Safety & Compliance
- Enforce playground rules and safety guidelines
- Monitor children’s activities to prevent injuries
- Ensure staff follows cleaning and sanitization procedures
- Respond to incidents and complete reports when necessary
Job Types: Part-time, Full-time
Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
