About the Role:
Cheeca Lodge & Spa, a peaceful oasis in the Florida Keys, is seeking a Spa Concierge/Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for spa guests, you will be a critical link in delivering a memorable, relaxing experience. This role is ideal for a personable, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a guest-centered environment.

The Spa Concierge/Desk Receptionist is responsible for greeting guests, handling check-ins and check-outs, scheduling appointments, and ensuring all spa areas are stocked, clean, and welcoming. This role includes anticipating and exceeding client needs while providing a seamless, tranquil spa experience.

• Welcome guests warmly, assist with check-ins/check-outs, and set appointments for spa services.
• Answer phone calls, respond to guest inquiries, and resolve client questions professionally.
• Process payments accurately and ensure billing details are managed properly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the spa lobby, lounge, locker rooms, and fitness center.
• Stock supplies, including towels, refreshments, and spa products in all guest areas.
• Ensure fitness center and locker rooms are stocked and cleaned throughout the day.
• Provide guests with information about spa services, hours, amenities, and retail products.
• Maintain a calm and professional demeanor, embodying the tranquil atmosphere of the spa.
• Communicate with other team members and departments to ensure guest needs are met seamlessly.
• Attend training sessions and staff meetings as needed to continually enhance service skills.

• Ability to stand/walk for the entire shift and perform light cleaning duties.
• Comfortable speaking with guests on the phone and in person in a courteous, professional manner.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate spa hours, including availability on weekends.
• Interest in spa services preferred; prior experience in a retail, customer service, or spa environment is a plus.
• Ability to operate computer systems efficiently.
• Enjoys promoting a tranquil environment and has strong customer service skills.
• Ability to clear a credit check.
