Job Summary: Join our team at Pierre's Restaurant, a destination renowned for its French Fusion cuisine and diverse cultural ambiance. We are seeking a Server who is passionate about providing exceptional guest service and contributing to an unforgettable dining experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet and make all guests feel welcome at the restaurant, using their names to enhance personalization.
- Efficiently take and process drink and food orders, cater to special requests, and ensure timely service.
- Promptly assess guest satisfaction after serving and remain attentive throughout their dining experience.
- Complete restocking and cleaning duties, including opening and closing tasks.
- Memorize menu items, recipes, and daily specials to make informed recommendations.
- Maintain restaurant and kitchen area cleanliness to meet health standards.
- Thank guests after payment, inviting them to return.
- Actively participate in team briefings, maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor.
- Handle guest inquiries accurately and with a positive attitude.
- Promote hotel amenities and services, using effective selling techniques.
- Resolve guest issues with supervisor assistance as needed.
- Adhere to safety and hygiene standards in all areas.
- Change table linens and manage linen inventory.
- Carry out other duties as assigned.
Education:
- High school diploma or GED.
Skills and Experience (Essential):
- Minimum 18 years of age.
- One year of experience in hospitality or restaurant industry.
- Basic computer skills.
- Proficient in English with basic food/beverage knowledge.
- Ability to work under pressure with composure and tact.
Skills and Experience (Preferred):
- Degree in a food-service field.
- Fluency in Spanish.

Salary : $21,100 - $26,700
