Position Overview:
- Job Title: Guest Adventures Recreation Attendant
- Location: Cheeca Lodge & Spa, Islamorada, Florida Keys
Key Responsibilities:
- Inform guests about available activities and assist them with recreational equipment like bikes, kayaks, paddle boards, and golfing gear.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness around pools, beaches, and piers, ensuring all areas are free of debris.
- Provide guests with precise directions to both resort amenities and local attractions, enhancing their stay with personalized recommendations.
- Manage the distribution and collection of towels, ensuring lounge areas are tidy and welcoming.
Requirements:
- Passion for guest service and outdoor activities.
- Ability to communicate effectively and provide excellent customer service.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Must be 16 years old and speak and understand English fluently
- Must already be eligible to work in the USA - sorry no sponsorships.
- No hand/neck/face tattoos
- No facial piercings
