We're on the lookout for a talented and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. At Cheddar's, we take takes pride in delivering homemade food in a feel at home atmosphere for a WOW! price. We are looking for a manager that loves the fast-paced environment and isn't afraid to get a little flour on their hands. Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring efficient workflows, and maintaining high standards of service.
• Lead, train, and inspire a team of dedicated employees, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize sales and revenue, while ensuring cost control and profitability.
• Maintain a strong focus on customer service, anticipating needs, and resolving any issues that may arise to ensure an WOW! experience.
• Monitor and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, food quality standards, and sanitation practices.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and oversee training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role, demonstrating exceptional leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent knowledge of food and beverage operations, including familiarity with industry trends and customer preferences.
• Strong business acumen with a focus on driving revenue and profitability while maintaining cost control measures.
• Interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, customers, and vendors.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts in a calm and professional manner.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $58,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
