What You'll Do
- Manage a portfolio of national customer accounts, serving as the primary point of contact.
- Develop trusted relationships with key customer stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Proactively identify opportunities to expand existing business through upselling and cross-selling additional services.
- Conduct regular business reviews to ensure customer satisfaction and identify future needs.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Customer Success, and Finance teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Prepare proposals, pricing, service recommendations, and contract renewals.
- Resolve customer concerns quickly while maintaining strong client relationships.
- Track customer activity, account performance, and sales opportunities within the CRM.
- Meet or exceed customer retention, revenue growth, and satisfaction goals.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitive offerings to provide strategic recommendations to customers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
- 3–5 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Sales, or Business Development.
- Proven success growing revenue within existing customer accounts.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Experience in environmental services, waste management, sustainability, logistics, facility services, commercial cleaning, or other B2B service industries.
- Experience managing multi-location or national customer accounts.
