This is a hunter role, you prospect, quote, and bind commercial auto and trucking accounts, and you earn uncapped commission on every deal you write. No mega-house pressure, no cap on what you make. What You'll Do
- Close new commercial trucking business — prospect, quote, and bind, earning commission on everything you write.
- Build your own pipeline through referrals, follow-up, and proactive outreach.
- Work warm inbound leads and hunt your own — we generate leads, you close them.
- Negotiate terms with underwriters and carriers to win the deal.
- Use Hawksoft to manage your pipeline and quotes.
- Keep clients happy so they renew and refer.
What You Bring
- Active California Property & Casualty (P&C) license — required.
- A proven track record of closing and hitting sales goals.
- Hands-on proficiency with Hawksoft — required.
- Knowledge of commercial auto/trucking insurance a strong plus.
- A self-motivated hunter mentality — you chase the deal and close it.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Bilingual English/Spanish a strong plus.
- Insurance sales experience preferred; we'll back the right closer.
