Position Summary:
As a Retail Associate, you’ll be the face of our station — greeting customers, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean, organized environment. You’ll assist with fuel sales, convenience store items, and daily operations to keep the store running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with purchases and inquiries
- Operate the register and process transactions accurately
- Handle cash, credit, and mobile payments responsibly
- Restock shelves and maintain product displays
- Keep the store clean, safe, and well-organized
- Monitor fuel pumps and provide assistance when needed
- Follow safety, security, and company procedures
- Support with opening and closing duties
Qualifications:
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred (not required)
- Friendly, reliable, and able to work independently
- Basic math and computer skills
- Strong communication and people skills
- Must be 18 years or older
- Flexible availability (weekends, evenings, holidays)
