Responsibilities
- Assist customers with loan applications and explain loan products clearly
- Review documentation and enter customer information accurately
- Manage inbound and outbound calls regarding approvals, payments, and follow-ups
- Collect past-due accounts professionally and effectively
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain detailed customer records and ensure compliance with company policies
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining company profitability standards
- Work toward monthly performance and bonus goals
Qualifications
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
- Strong communication and phone skills
- Comfortable discussing payments and collecting past-due accounts
- Sales or collections experience preferred
