The Role

We are hiring an experienced Barista who thrives in a busy weekend environment and understands that showing up prepared, on time, and ready to execute is essential.

Weekends are our highest-volume days. We need team members who can fully commit to supporting operations during these peak shifts.

What You’ll Do

• Craft high-quality espresso beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision
• Maintain consistent presentation and beverage standards
• Deliver warm, professional hospitality to families and guests
• Keep the café clean, organized, and fully stocked
• Support POS transactions and light food preparation
• Execute opening and closing procedures thoroughly
• Support beer and wine service in compliance with all ABC regulations
  
  
  

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of specialty coffee or craft beverage experience
• Strong espresso skills (La Marzocco experience preferred)
• Ability to multitask in a high-traffic weekend setting
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Team-oriented and willing to cross-train within store operations
• Active RBS certification (required)
• Active Food Handler Certification (required)

• Ability to lift 50 lbs

• Third-wave coffee experience
• Knowledge of alternative milks and specialty ingredients

Schedule Requirements

• Full availability Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays — no restrictions

• Weekend-focused role
• Additional weekday shifts may be scheduled based on business needs
