What You’ll Do
- Greet customers and provide excellent service in a professional and friendly manner
- Process transactions including loans, check cashing, money orders, and prepaid cards
- Promote and explain services to meet customer needs
- Maintain an accurate and balanced cash drawer
- Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and answering phones
- Assist with general cleaning to maintain a clean, safe work environment
- Resolve customer concerns with a positive attitude
What We’re Looking For
- Strong verbal communication and listening skills
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to type at least 25 WPM
- Ability to stay organized and work well under pressure
- A team player with a professional and positive attitude
- Previous customer service, sales, or cash handling experience is a plus

Schedule & Requirements
- Must be able to work any shift between 6:30 AM and 11:30 PM
- Must be willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
- Must be 18 years or older and have a high school diploma or GED
- Able to stand for long periods (2–3 hours between breaks) and lift up to 20 lbs.
- Must be comfortable performing light cleaning duties
