What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Teller Bilingual (English & Spanish Speaking) position at Check City?
We are looking for a friendly and motivated bilingual team member to join our store team! In this role, you will work directly with customers to provide fast, professional, and helpful service while assisting with a variety of financial products and services.
As a Customer Service Teller, you will help customers with loan applications, payments, check cashing, money orders, bill pay services, and other everyday financial needs. You will also have the opportunity to expand your knowledge in areas such as title loans, installment loans, payday loans, and tax preparation services.
The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, is comfortable using computers and learning new systems, and can communicate clearly in both English and Spanish. Cash handling experience is a plus but not required. If you thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and enjoy helping customers, we would love to hear from you!
- Work face to face with customers
- Assist in the issuance of loans including title loans, installment loans and payday loans
- Assist clients with other services including cash advance services, check cashing, money orders, bill pay services, etc.
- Gain knowledge in tax preparation services
- Qualified applicants will have strong customer service, computer and communication skills
- Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills are strongly encouraged
