What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Teller Bilingual (English & Spanish Speaking) position at Check City?

Check City Representatives will work face to face with customers; help with the issuance of loans, check cashing, and money wire transfer services. - Work face to face with customers
- Assist in the issuance of loans including title loans, installment loans and payday loans
- Assist clients with other services including cash advance services, check cashing, money orders, bill pay services, etc.
- Gain knowledge in tax preparation services
Qualified applicants will have strong customer service, computer and communication skills. Bilingual (English & Spanish speaking) applicants are required.
