As a Crew Member, youll craft great food, create positive interactions, and support strong Shoperations every shift.

What Youll Own:

• Guest Experience & Interaction
• Deliver authentic, genuine interactions
• Prioritize interaction over the transaction.
• Make confident menu recommendations
• Provide fast, friendly service at the register, line, and lobby
• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately

• Use recipe cards and execute builds correctly
• Maintain strong food handling and sanitation standards
• Complete prep accurately and on time

Clean & Safe Environment

• Maintain strong situational awareness keep your head on a swivel
• Clean as you go never leave a mess behind
• Perform opening, closing, and shift duties consistently
• Maintain clean front-of-house and back-of-house areas
• Follow all employee health and safety policies

What Makes You a Fit:

• Previous restaurant, food service, or customer service experience preferred, but not required
• Food handling certification required (no worries if you dont have one- well help you certify)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable lifting up to 47 lbs
• Comfortable embracing Cheba Huts playful, non-traditional Toasted atmosphere
