Job responsibilities include:
- Respond promptly and professionally to all internet leads via email, phone, text, and chat.
- Provide accurate information about vehicle inventory, pricing, financing options, and dealership services.
- Schedule appointments for customers to visit the dealership or complete transactions online.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge on current inventory, features, and promotions.
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain consistent communication throughout the sales process.
- Utilize CRM tools to track leads, update customer records, and report on sales performance.
- Collaborate with the sales and finance teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales and customer satisfaction goals.
- Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent;
- Previous experience in automotive sales, internet sales, or customer service is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient with computers, CRM systems, and online communication tools.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
