As a PMHNP with CHE Behavioral, you will work in a collaborative environment with other mental health professionals to provide high-quality, patient-centered care to our patients.
Responsibilities
- Conduct initial assessments and evaluations of patients with psychiatric and mental health concerns
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including medication management and psychotherapy
- Collaborate with patients' primary care providers to ensure comprehensive care
- Provide ongoing monitoring and evaluation of patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and outcomes
- Stay current with best practices in mental health care and implement evidence-based practices in your work
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing Practice (NP) with a focus on Psychiatric Mental Health
- Current certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
- Eligibility for licensure in the State of New York
