Job Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality clinical services to improve the quality of life for older adult patients
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Conduct assessments, diagnoses, and treat mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, and cognitive impairment
- Utilize evidence-based practices and cognitive-behavioral therapies to promote patient recovery and well-being
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure excellent patient care and outcomes
- Flexible schedules and strong work-life balance
- Established, clinician-led organization with a supportive clinical and administrative team

- Master's or Doctoral degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy)
- Full licensure as a Clinical Psychologist (Psyd), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
