We are seeking fully licensed mental health professionals to provide in-person psychotherapy and behavioral health services within Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) and Assisted Living communities throughout the New York metropolitan area. Responsibilities
- Provide in-person psychotherapy and behavioral health services within Skilled Nursing Facilities and Assisted Living communities.
- Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop treatment plans.
- Treat depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, grief, trauma, and other behavioral health concerns common among geriatric populations.
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to improve patient outcomes.
- Build therapeutic relationships with residents and their families.
Required
- Active and unrestricted New York license as one of the following:
- Clinical Psychologist
- LCSW
- LMHC
- LMFT
- Master's degree or doctoral degree in an applicable discipline.
- Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Comfortable providing services in nursing home and long-term care settings.
- Experience working with geriatric populations.
- Experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities, rehabilitation centers, long-term care, or assisted living settings.
- Interest in interdisciplinary and integrated healthcare.
