Responsibilities
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy to patients and their families
- Conduct assessments, evaluations, and treatment planning for mental health issues
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate and timely records of patient progress and treatment plans
- Participate in team meetings and present patient progress to ensure comprehensive care
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care
- Stay current with industry developments and best practices in mental health care
- Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or related field
- New Hampshire State licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) or Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC)
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
