we are a growing Home Textile Company looking for a sales assistant to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accounts by doing sales analysis,
- customer service and assisting with market preparation
- Identify selling opportunities for new customers
- acts as an extension of the sales team by assisting with product pricing, sales development, sales material creation, marketing communications, meeting recaps.
Customer Service
- Order entry ensuring proper ticketing, hangers and pricing to avoid charge backs
- Point of contact for customer service needs for assigned accounts
Market Preparation
- Assist with defining the recommended colors, trends , assortment for each account
- Showroom maintenance
Qualifications
- 2 years related home textile/ apparel experience in wholesale
- Superior organizational skills
- Outgoing personality
- Highly detail oriented
- Results oriented problem solver
- Strong sense of urgency
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Power Point, Excel and Word
