- Pay Rate: $20.00 / hour
Important requirements to consider before applying:
- Must be able to attend 3 weeks of DYS basic training academy located offsite in Grafton, MA. Training will be during the day (8:30am - 5pm) upon hire. And ability to complete medication administration training
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Must have a valid driver’s license with the ability to pass a driving record check and CORI criminal background screens.

The Opportunity
As a Residential Support Specialist, you will work closely with the Department of Youth Services (DYS) to maintain safety and provide guidance within our facility. This role is ideal for those interested in behavioral dynamics, security, and rehabilitative justice.
Your Responsibilities:
- Direct Care & Security: Maintain a safe, secure environment and supervise resident movement within a locked facility.
- Mentorship: Provide counseling, advocacy, and lead daily group meetings to support rehabilitation.
- Crisis Management: Use program policies to manage client behavior and react productively to changing environments.
