CHD Adult Mental Health Holyoke (AMHH) is a community based mental health agency located in Holyoke, Massachusetts. This position is a hybrid housing coordinator / employment specialist position. The ideal candidate will have broad experience in both fields. As a housing specialist the ideal candidate will work with housing authorities, section 8 and subsidy vendors while developing relationships with landlords and rental companies. As an employment specialist the ideal candidate will work with area employers to develop employment opportunities for the people we serve, support people once they’ve been employed and provide pre-employment and job readiness training and assessment.
