Center for Human Development, (CHD), will be hosting a hiring event on Wednesday, April 22nd from 1:30pm-3:30pm. We are looking for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to provide quality care and support to those served. Ideal candidates will have had previous experience working with individuals with complex mental illness in addition to compounding medical needs.

Eligibility for $2,500 hiring bonus: Must be hired for a permanent full or part-time role, 24-40hrs/week at Heron House to be eligible. Half paid at the start of employment and the remaining half paid at 6 months of employment.
We are currently seeking candidates to fill a number of full-time openings at Heron House, an Enhanced Medical Group Living Environment (EMGLE) program. This 18-bed facility is located in East Longmeadow, MA.
LPN rate is $38.50/hr. with a $2.00/hr. differential for overnight shifts.
- One-year experience in a Behavioral Health setting, preferred.
- One-year experience working with the elderly, people with disabilities, behavioral challenges and cognitive disabilities, preferred.
