Open Positions & Schedules:
Full-Time Bachelor’s Level Case Managers Help empower residents through personalized care plans, advocacy, group sessions and direct support:
- Schedule Option 1: Tuesday – Saturday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Schedule Option 2: Tuesday – Saturday | 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Recovery Specialist Provide direct support, maintain a safe and supportive environment, and assist residents with daily living routines:
- Schedule: Tuesday – Saturday | 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM
Recovery Specialist Per Diem openings are also available:
- Flexible schedules available to fit your lifestyle while providing coverage and extra support for our residents.
Payrates:
Bachelor’s Level Case Manager: $24.00/hr. - $28.00/hr.
Direct Care: $20.00/hr.
Per Diem: $18.00/hr.

Success Factors:
