The Center for Human Development, (CHD) is seeking an Assistant Program Director for our Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS), located in Springfield, MA. ACCS is funded through the Department of Mental Health and is a multidisciplinary outreach approach for persons served in need of psychiatric and other services living independently in the community. This involves active engagement including assertive outreach, consistent assessment and treatment planning, skill building, symptom management, addiction treatment, and behavioral and physical health monitoring and support.
Your role as an Assistant Program Director:
The Assistant Program Director works within the Agency's team model, establishing open communication, support, and accountability among co-workers. You will provide leadership and assist the Program Director to ensure excellence in the administrative, management, fiscal, personnel and client services systems in the program.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years management experience in the field of Human Services
- 3-5 years supervisory experience
- Master’s degree in human services field required
- One of the following licenses preferred: MD, RN, Ph.D. Psychologist, LICSW, LCSW, LSW, ROT, LRC, LMHC

Schedule of Work: This is a full-time, on-site role.
