Job Description:
Are you passionate about shaping the next generation of nurses? We are seeking a Nursing Program Director to oversee our ADN and VN programs. In this leadership role, you’ll guide faculty, manage program operations, ensure compliance with Texas Board of Nursing and accreditation standards, and support student success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor nursing faculty and staff

• Oversee curriculum, program operations, and compliance

• Advise and support students throughout the program

• Collaborate on program development and strategic initiatives

Qualifications:

• RN licensed in Texas

• Master’s degree in Nursing

• 5 years of teaching or administrative experience in nursing education

• Recent clinical experience preferred

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
