This role is people facing and travel up to 40% outside of candidates home market is expected within the state of Texas. The ideal candidate will live in Houston market, Dallas/Ft Worth market, or the San Antonio/Austin market.
Summary
Drives enrollment performance by leading CHCPs Directors of Admissions training strategy through data-driven insights and measurable outcomes. This role develops high-performing Admissions leaders, strengthens compliance execution, and improves operational effectiveness by owning director readiness programs, accreditation-aligned training, enrollment funnel optimization, and leadership coaching initiatives. Success in this role is measured by improved leader capability, consistent process execution, and sustained enrollment growth.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Strategic Training & Learning Development
Design, implement, and continuously improve Director of Admissions training programs focused on leadership effectiveness, performance management, and operational execution.
Coach directors on how to interpret performance data and translate insights into strategic and operational decisions.
Support directors in leading through change, growth, and regulatory or process shifts.
Develop direct readiness and succession pipelines using performance and potential data.
In conjunction with live training, oversee the building and enhancement of ICARE University director course infrastructure, training curriculum, competency rubrics, and learning assessments.
Ensure all training aligns with accreditation guidelines and supports CHCP conversion standards.
Data Analytics and Reporting
Manage Admission Reporting using CampusVue, Velocify, and In Contact (or other company reporting software)
Conduct comprehensive performance trend analysis, drawing from dashboards, coaching evaluations, and mystery shop outcomes, to pinpoint risks and areas for improvement.
Use data visualization tools and techniques to communicate complex information to stakeholders, enabling data driven decision making.
Initiate growth campaigns, including CRM optimization, to impact program mix and shifts.
Develop Job Aides and tools, breaking down complex terms and strategies into bite sized pieces.
Organizational Performance & Enablement
Equip directors with tools and resources to coach managers and advisors effectively while using standardized, data-informed approaches.
Develop scalable leadership toolkits, dashboards, and playbooks for consistent execution.
Identify high-impact training opportunities that improve operational effectiveness and culture.
Serve as a thought partner to executive leadership on performance optimization.
Leadership Enablement & Campus Partnership
Competency checks related to leadership readiness.
Serve as a trusted advisor to campus leadership on staffing capability, coaching culture, regulatory expectations, and student experience execution.
Support Directors of Admission in quarterly performance reporting, workforce development planning, and corrective action initiatives.
Support cross-functional readiness with Financial Aid, Career Services, Registrar, Student Services, and Program Directors.
Partner with VP Enrollment Strategy and Operations on all initiatives.

Associates Degree required; Bachelors degree preferred (Education, Business, Organizational Leadership, Communications, or related field).
57 years of progressive responsibility in enrollment operations in post-secondary education.
Demonstrated capability training on data analytics and process improvement.
