Chaz Limited Collision Express, an Alaskan family-owned business proudly serving our community since 1976, is seeking an experienced Regional Manager to join our growing team in Alaska.
Position Summary
The Regional Manager is responsible for the overall operation, performance, and profitability of multiple locations within the Alaska market. This role oversees operational execution, internal and external business development, relationship management, and customer experience excellence across all 5 locations. The Market Manager provides strong leadership, coaching, and mentorship to direct reports and ensures teams operate efficiently, consistently, and in alignment with company standards and values.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Ensure consistent execution of Chaz Limited's operating standards across all locations.
- Oversee the activities and performance of all locations within the company through close coordination with each location's Store Leader.
- Monitor capture rates and key performance indicators to ensure each location is maximizing opportunities.
- Hold all management and staff accountable for shop performance by:
- Reinforcing the company mission and customer-first mindset
- Ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Recognizing exceptional performance and addressing substandard performance through documentation and coaching
- Act as the central point for load leveling and capacity management across the company, including leading weekly management meetings.
- Coach managers and staff to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve escalated customer concerns when required.
- Identify and promote opportunities for continuous education, training, and professional development for all employees.
- Participate in marketing initiatives, community involvement, and team-building activities as requested.
- Promote and maintain safe, clean, and compliant work environments across all locations.
- Review safety audits and records
- Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Address and document non-compliance with safety policies
- Collaborate with corporate leadership to support market growth and achieve business plan objectives.
- Review location performance against goals with Store Leaders and provide coaching to help each location reach full potential.
- Maintain active relationships with insurance partners, dealer accounts, and other referral sources, including regular outreach.
- Conduct in-person operational reviews and audits with location leaders on a monthly basis or as requested.
- Serve as a liaison between locations and insurance partners or referral contacts, ensuring timely and professional responsiveness.

Education and/or Experience Required
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in the collision repair industry
- Minimum of three (3) years of management experience
- I-CAR Platinum certification preferred
- Experience with Nexsyis Collision is a huge plus
Required Skills and Abilities
- Strong understanding of financial statements and operational metrics
- Extensive estimating experience
- Proven leadership, communication, and coaching skills
- Ability to manage multiple locations and priorities effectively

Compensation
$120,000 β $150,000 DOE
