What are the responsibilities and job description for the Septic Technician/Truck Driver position at Chavis Enterprises LLC?
Full time and overtime: 50 hours of work/ week. Retirement benefits available immediately. Health care incentive available after 3 months.
Qualifications:
- Current Class A or B CDL required.
- Tanker endorsement required (can add if not already)
- Be able to carry out physical activities and lift heavy objects without overexerting yourself.
- This position will require work outside the vehicle to include pumping, dragging hoses and occasional shovel digging.
- Prior septic experience a plus. WILL EDUCATE AND TRAIN THE RIGHT MOTIVATED INDIVIDUAL.
- Must have good customer relation skills.
- Be willing to work overtime on busy weeks.
Responsibilities:
- Plug in and follow directions/ routes on a company-provided GPS to the job location.
- Safely drive to job locations and maneuver/ back trucks into customer driveways.
- Clean and pump out septic tanks.
- Fill out job tickets and receive payments from customers.
Hourly pay depends on the amount of experience. This can be an entry-level position for the right, motivated individual willing to learn; or can be a top paying position for a qualified, experienced technician.
