Objective

CRM System Ownership:
The Revenue Systems Specialist owns the hands-on configuration, administration, and maintenance of our global CRM platform. Reporting to the Senior Revenue Operations Manager, this role is accountable for building workflows, automations, and system processes that support our commercial teams. This position ensures CRM functionality is reliable, consistent, and aligned with business processes, while providing a foundation for future CRM governance and strategy.
Key Responsibilities
CRM System Ownership:
- Configure and maintain workflows, automation, pipelines, properties, and lifecycle stages
- Execute lead routing, notifications, task management, and lifecycle updates
- Ensure consistent adoption and standardization of processes across US and European teams
- Maintain accurate system documentation and workflow logic
- Partner with the Senior Revenue Operations Manager and CRM project managers to execute system configuration and rollout
- Test automation and workflows for accuracy, scalability, and reliability
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide day-to-day operational support for CRM users
- Maintain CRM data integrity and monitor duplicates or missing required fields
- Assisting dashboard and operational reporting setup to ensure accurate, actionable insights
- Document processes and best practices for repeatable success
- Collaborate with commercial teams to support CRM adoption and functionality
- Educate stakeholders on system capabilities, automation options, and technical feasibility
- Participate in planning and provide operational insights to ensure business needs are met
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or related field preferred
- 2–5 years of experience in CRM administration, marketing operations, or sales operations
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot
- Experience building workflows, automation, and pipelines
- Detail-oriented, process-focused, and operationally driven
- Experience supporting CRM implementation or migrations
- Familiarity with lead lifecycle management, campaign tracking, and pipeline processes
- Exposure to multi-region/global teams
- CRM workflows and automation are reliable, scalable, and support business execution
- Data quality and governance are maintained across regions
- Users adopt and trust the system, reducing manual work
- Documentation and repeatable processes enable future system growth
- Strong partnership within the Revenue Operations, Marketing, and Sales teams
