We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our hospitality team. The Night Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during overnight hours. This position involves managing front desk responsibilities, performing night audits, and providing exceptional guest services to ensure a pleasant experience for all guests. Duties
- Conduct nightly audits of all financial transactions and ensure accuracy in reporting.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs, while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during the night shift.
- Maintain the security of the hotel by monitoring entrances and ensuring guest safety.
- Prepare daily reports summarizing occupancy, revenue, and other key metrics.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including data entry and record keeping.
- Provide information about local attractions, services, and amenities to guests.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Experience
- Familiarity with night audit procedures is highly desirable.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Proficiency in using hotel management software and front desk systems is beneficial.
