Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, cocktails, and non-alcoholic drinks with precision and flair
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders, and answering questions about menu items
• Maintain cleanliness by washing dishes, utensils, glassware, and kitchen equipment according to food safety standards
• Manage food handling responsibilities during catering events or banquet functions to ensure quality and safety
• Assist in food preparation when needed and support the overall flow of food service operations
• Handle cash transactions with accuracy using POS systems and perform basic math for change and sales reconciliation

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality environments preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy shifts
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and nights as required for nightlife or catering events
• Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations
• Experience in serving alcohol responsibly in a licensed environment is a plus
• Knowledge of brewing processes or barista techniques is beneficial but not required
