π± Your SLP Role:
- Deliver school-based therapy services for students ranging from PreK to 12th grade
- Conduct evaluations, provide therapy, and work closely with educators and families
- Adopt a strengths-based, neurodiversity-affirming approach for each child you support
- Enjoy the flexibility to tailor your caseload with input from your team
- CCC-SLPs or Clinical Fellows (CFs) who are enthusiastic about learning and seeking mentorship
- Clinicians who are dedicated to serving rural and suburban communities
- Collaborative team members eager to become part of a genuine community of SLPs
- Meet all state and federal guidelines to be fully licensed in Oregon
- Education: Masters Degree in Communication Disorders or Speech-Language Pathology
- A strong interest and passion for providing creative, engaging and Neurodiversity Affirming Services
- A passion fo connecting with other SLPs and collaborative helping children succeed
- An independent self-started with a very positive, highly energetic work style.
Compensation: Highly Competitive
