We’re on the lookout for a confident, experienced and passionate individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing Specialist. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll be responsible for coordinating and implementing SEO & SEM strategies for clients, along with advertising needs for different digital platforms, including Google Ads and Social Media platforms. Additional duties include copywriting for new website projects and advertising campaigns as well as handling email marketing initiatives both for client and internal marketing efforts. This is a role that involves working closely with our team to make sure that the goals of our clients are achieved and projects are running smoothly.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Serve as a team expert in SEO and digital advertising spanning web, social, email, creative and paid media
- Become fully knowledgeable about Chatter Creative and what we have to offer
- Ability to successfully work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
- Work effectively with team members and other departments within Chatter Creative to reach target numbers and maximum output / quality potential
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns at once
- Define requirements, tasks, and resources associated with SEO strategy
- Manage and execute the implementation of SEO strategy
- Collaborate on client strategy and goal definition for success
- Keep pace with SEO, search engine, social media, and internet marketing industry trends and development
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing & Social Media
- Strong understanding of Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) process, along with how current search engine algorithms function
- Strong experience with executing Copywriting needs for social or web purposes
- Experience working with popular keyword tools (Google, WordTracker, Keyword Discovery, etc)
- Experience with programs like Google Analytics and other major reporting tools and software
- Knowledge of PPC programs and optimizing data gathered from both organic and paid sources
- Experience with Google and Microsoft Applications
- Experience with Google Ads, Facebook / Instagram Ad Center, familiarity with HTML/CSS and WordPress websites
- Ability to maintain a forward-thinking approach to implementing AI in standard practices
- Basic understanding of AI and its role in creating successful marketing campaigns
- Outstanding ability to think creatively, strategically and identify and resolve problems
- Ability to handle multiple situations simultaneously and meet deadlines in an efficient manner while working a mostly independent position
