The Agency Director will oversee the overall operations, performance, and growth of Chatter Buzz Media. This role requires a strategic leader with strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building high-performing teams. You will ensure clients receive exceptional service, drive revenue growth, and maintain the operational excellence that Chatter Buzz is known for.
Responsibilities of the role:
- Oversee day-to-day operations across all agency departments, ensuring workflows, processes, and deliverables are running smoothly.
- Lead, mentor, and develop department heads and team members to foster accountability, collaboration, and professional growth.
- Establish and enforce operational best practices, SOPs, and productivity standards.
- Manage resource allocation, project prioritization, and staffing needs to support agency growth.
- Ensure all clients receive exceptional service, clear communication, and consistent results.
- Serve as executive oversight on key accounts, stepping in to guide strategy and resolve escalations when needed.
- Monitor project performance, budgets, and timelines to ensure profitable and successful outcomes.
- Collaborate with the executive team to define agency vision, quarterly goals, and long-term initiatives.
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and support in new business development efforts.
- Review agency financial performance, including revenue forecasting, budget management, and margin optimization.
- Drive adoption of new technologies, industry trends, and innovative approaches.

- Lead by example with transparency, empathy, and operational discipline.
- Support talent recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention initiatives.
Requirements:
- 7 years of experience in digital marketing, advertising, or a related field.
- 3 years in a leadership or director-level role within an agency environment.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels: SEO, PPC, content, creative, social, analytics, and automation.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex, multi-channel campaigns.
- Excellent communication, decision-making, and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated experience improving processes, increasing operational efficiency, and scaling teams.
- Experience with agency P&L management.
- Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Asana, Teamwork, Monday).
- Strong analytical mindset and comfort with data-driven decision making.
