Role Description
We are seeking a part-time Marketing and Development Specialist to join our team. In this hybrid role, based in Chattanooga, TN, with flexibility for some remote work, you will assist in executing marketing strategies, conducting market research, supporting donor relations, and coordinating fundraising events. Day-to-day tasks include managing marketing campaigns, engaging with stakeholders, drafting communication materials, and providing exceptional support to our development initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, including the ability to convey complex information effectively and nurture relationships.
- Proficiency in Marketing Strategy and Sales, with experience in developing and implementing successful campaigns.
- Demonstrated skills in Market Research to identify opportunities and drive data-informed decision-making.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
- Experience in nonprofit organizations, philanthropic initiatives, or fundraising events is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in digital tools and platforms related to marketing and communications is an advantage.
