Position Overview
As the Front Desk Receptionist, you'll be the welcoming face and first point of contact for our patients. You'll manage daily front office operations, ensure a smooth patient flow, and support our clinical team with administrative excellence. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking, staying organized, and delivering warm, attentive service in a medical setting.
Salary Range: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Requirements
· Prior experience in a medical office, front desk, or administrative role (required)
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills — professional, warm, and patient-focused
· Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems and HIPAA regulations
· Proficient in multitasking and time management in a fast-paced environment
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
· Knowledge of basic medical terminology preferred
Responsibilities
· Greet and check in patients with professionalism and empathy
· Answer and direct incoming calls, schedule appointments, and manage the clinic calendar
· Verify and update patient information, insurance, and records in our EMR/EHR system
· Collect and process payments, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
· Support patients with general inquiries and assist with follow-up scheduling
· Maintain HIPAA compliance and always protect patient privacy
· Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure a seamless patient experience
· Handle incoming mail, faxes, and other administrative duties as needed
