Shipping Coordinator 1

Job Summary

Coordinates the movement and control of material through the shipment department.

Essential Functions

• Pulls customer orders and prepares them for shipment.
• Loads and unloads trucks.
• Processes small packages (UPS/FEDEX).
• Keys or scans shipping transactions into the manufacturing system.
• Copies and distributes paperwork, as needed.
• Maintains records and files paperwork in accordance with established procedures.
  
  
  

Additional Functions

• May manually handle, repack, or repalletize materials.
• Must operate a forklift truck, pallet jack, parts counting scales, stretch wrapper, and other material handling devices.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

Pay range $20.00 - $21.00/hour DOE
