Responsibilities:
Assistswithincoming correspondence through the official school e-mail account (FSSE)account.Distributescampus wide emails through account.
Manages EHCC campus wide calendar approvals. Addsacademicandstudent-led eventinformationtotheEHCC calendar.
Manages campus mail and packages.Reachesout to individuals to alertthem of packagearrivals.
Assistswithevent coordination such asplacing catering orders, IT tickets, Facilitiesset up requests, drafts flyers andotherprojectdetails upon request.
Assists withASTRAspaceapprovalsand space reservations as needed.Addsevents in question of approval tolistforsupervisorreview.
Provides tours for external visitors as an ambassadorofthe Dean's Office. Collaborates with supervisorand FSSE admissions recruiteron availability and subject material offeredintours.
Creates training tutorials/walkthroughsof position responsibilitiesfor futureStudent Administrative Assistants.
In conjunction with supervisor, completes abriefperformance review each semester.
20 hours per week
All current student employees should notify their other manager(s) if you work multiple jobs on campus at the same time. Additionally, students may not work more than 20 hours per week (combined between all campus jobs) during the academic year. Students may not exceed 980 work hours per calendar year.
Student jobs do not automatically roll over to the next academic year or summer.
