Role Description
The Sales Manager will oversee day-to-day sales operations, manage a dynamic team of sales professionals, and drive customer satisfaction through effective leadership. Responsibilities include setting sales goals, developing strategies to achieve targets, training and mentoring team members, and building strong customer relationships to ensure a positive buying experience. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Savannah, GA.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales Management, Customer Service, and leading a team in an automotive or retail environment
- Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Sales Software, CRM tools, and Sales Reporting
- Strategic Thinking and Goal-Setting abilities
- Familiarity with automotive products, services, and industry trends is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire your team to exceed sales targets
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
