Pittman Enterprise is looking for highly qualified phone specialists to work in our service BDC Department, setting appointments for our Loyal Lexus Guests.
Our Business Development Center Representative is responsible for lead generation activities in support of the company’s service goals and to Drive traffic for our service departments by setting appointments for prospective Guest’s by:
Handling incoming calls and following up on Guest’s visits in a prompt, professional and courteous manner.
Responding to Internet Lead requests
Following up with past customers
Must be willing and able to make a high volume of outbound calls each day.
Greet and assist customers with professionalism, enthusiasm, and empathy — by phone, text, email, or in person
Provide a superior Guest experience and achieve the highest degree of customer satisfaction
Schedule service appointments
Meet specified monthly targets and goals
Check email frequently and respond to inquiries immediately
Generate service appointments by means of proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management in an effort to qualify and market to potential Guest’s
Listen and be attentive to Guest needs and priorities in order to provide appropriate suggestions and guidance on our vehicle service requirements.
Contribute to the overall success of the dealership by working with all Guest’s, teams and departments collaboratively and professionally with a positive attitude
Work in close partnership with service consultants to provide qualified leads and detailed information on Guest requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
