Duties
- Assist in the planning and implementation of programs and activities.
- Manage behaviors effectively to create a positive environment.
- Engage students in various activities including arts & crafts, free play, and gross motor activities.
- Supervise children during program hours, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Foster positive relationships with students through encouragement and support.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians.
- Maintain a clean and organized environment.
Requirements
- Experience working with children in educational or childcare settings.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and behavior management strategies.
- First aid certification is preferred; willingness to obtain certification if not currently held.
- Background in early childhood education or related fields is highly desirable.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
