- Perform various semi-skilled and skilled maintenance, construction, drainage, and/or repair work in streets, parks, bridges, or other public areas within the County.Â
- Participate in preventive maintenance, emergency repair, and new construction.Â
- Perform regular chemical herbicide applications and maintain records of work activities.Â
- May also perform specialized maintenance repair work on hand tools.Â
- Perform physical labor in varied weather conditions.Â
- Must be available to work a five (5) day schedule that may include nights and weekends in emergency situations.Â
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- At least three (3) years' experience in general maintenance; orÂ
- Any equivalent combination of training and experience.Â
- Must be able to read, write, understand, and follow oral and written instructions.Â
- Must be able to drive a truck with an attached trailer.Â
- Must safely operate and maintain related vehicles, tools, and equipment.Â
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.Â
