- Performs skilled and complex journeyperson-level maintenance and repair work in various trades, including but not limited to electrical and electronics, HVAC, plumbing, general construction, commercial kitchen, and laundry equipment.Â
- Follows oral and written instructions and instructs others.Â
- Other duties may be assigned.
- High School Diploma or GED and trade school, andÂ
- Three (3) years of journeyperson-level work experience in one or more skilled crafts; orÂ
- Any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.Â
- You must be able to lift up to 100 pounds.Â
- You must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.Â
- You must be available for emergency/urgent recall, scheduled on-call after regular working hours, and on a 24-hour basis on weekends and holidays. Â
